Read MoreIn early November, I was gifted with a nice space of time on a Saturday afternoon to sketch for fun—not something I get to do often. But on this day, Mark and I were in Tennessee watching best friends’ kids for the weekend, and being a much colder day, an afternoon to stay inside to play games, watch tv, and draw was just right!
With lots of markers to choose from, I didn’t have a plan, but in my head, kept thinking of the fruits of the Spirit we read about in Galatians. It’s one of my favorite passages. So I picked up some muted colors and began vertically scripting out each fruit in a different color.

My sweet friend, Mattye, (who is launching her new blog/site today, btw, the lovingkind — check it out!), randomly used the word "fly" to describe something one night. Well, we laughed about it at first, and the next thing you know, those creative brainstorming "what if" juices were flowing, and wah-lah!! Printable notecards with a new favorite phrase that makes me smile each time I see it, and images for you to save, pin, or share with anyone that you also think is "so fly." ;)
